May 20, 2020: Today, Growing Ductless added its first two members. Ben Plunk of Texas H.E.A.T and Sarah Moscatello of The Heat Pump Store have become full members of Growing Ductless. Full members get complete access to the Growing Ductless training library and contracting resources. In addition, members get one-hour of individual consulting with Growing Ductless founder, Jonathan Moscatello. Finally, members participate in a mixed-group with other ductless contracting business owners to share lessons learned and work collaboratively to help develop the ductless HVAC contracting sector.
About Texas H.E.A.T: founded in 2020, Texas H.E.A.T. (High Efficiency Air conditioning Technology) is located in the Dallas, Texas metroplex. Founder Ben Plunk was raised in the HVAC industry, and works with his sons at ProVision Network, a commercial service and installation company he founded in 2015. They started Texas HEAT to become a part of the ductless revolution. “I have seen first hand how ductless technology can improve people’s lives. I want to help this technology spread, not just in the Dallas area, but around the country. too.”
About The Heat Pump Store: Founded in 2007, The Heat Pump Store was one of (if not THE) earliest ductless only contracting businesses. It serves northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington areas. As a woman owned HVAC business, owner Sarah Moscatello brings a unique perspective to Growing Ductless, having worked in HVAC manufacturing, distribution, and now owning a successful contracting business. “There is still so much to learn about ductless HVAC contracting. I am excited to be a part of a group that is working to continually improve while establishing itself as a sector within a wider industry.”
